Upriver Home will normally present your order for shipping within 24-48 hours. Certain items may require 1-6 weeks lead time to ship. This will be noted on the product detail page. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal U.S. holidays.
We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the 50 United States. We also do not ship to AP0 or FPO addresses. In addition, we cannot ship to PO boxes, so please supply a valid street address. An additional surcharge of $39.95 applies to shipping addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
We normally use UPS to safely ship your items. Under certain circumstances we may also use USPS.
Orders shipped using Standard Shipping will normally arrive in 3-7 days from the time the order has been processed. Some items ship directly from the supplier or artisan and may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. This information will be noted on the product detail page.

Express Shipping
Express 3 Day shipping is available for an additional charge of $15.95 per shipping address. The additional amount will be added automatically during checkout.
Express 3 Day Shipping is not available on over-sized and/or extra heavy items and orders shipping to AK or HI.
